The Aseev Manor Museum Complex in Tambov is a magnificent snow-white palace located on the embankment of the Tsna River. Before the October Revolution, the owner of the estate was a well-known manufacturer, philanthropist and public figure, honorary citizen of Tambov Mikhail Aseev, who came from a famous merchant family.
The mansion was designed by architect Lev Kekushev, nicknamed the King of Moscow Art Nouveau. Today, the museum offers visitors various excursions that allow them to experience the atmosphere of provincial noble life at the beginning of the last century.
Every year, the manor Museum receives more than 100,000 visitors, demonstrating its popularity and importance. The manor Park, which has the status of a regional-level natural monument, invites you to stroll among century-old trees, including a 200-year-old giant oak and various representatives of broad-leaved species.
Moreover, the estate was officially awarded the status of a branch of the famous Peterhof State Museum-Reserve.
