Bruxelles Gastronomic Pub is a European-style gastropub with a Belgian flair, at the AZIMUT City Hotel Smolenskaya Moscow building. It’s a cozy spot for lunches, dinners, and all the important sports matches — featuring nine screens, two terraces (one overlooking the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building and the other nestled in the greenery of the courtyard), and an intimate atmosphere where every detail is thoughtfully designed.
The interior is inspired by classic European pubs and modern gastronomy: deep, rich tones, soft lighting, natural wood furniture, and an open kitchen create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Guests are always drawn to the unique fireplace — a rare feature that has become the heart of the space and the subject of countless photos. The space is thoughtfully zoned, making it equally comfortable for lively groups and quiet evenings for two.
At the heart of the menu are 28 draft beers, dry-aged steaks, mussels, Belgian specialties, pasta, and Italian dishes that have already become favorites among regular guests.
Here, culinary classics are respected, but modern flavors are also embraced — all under the direction of Chef Alexander Sosedov, whose journey spans from Le Courage to top restaurants such as Four Seasons (Sintoho), Social Club, and other high-profile projects. His experience and signature approach are evident in every detail.
Bruxelles is part of the Komitet restaurant group, which includes 15 successful establishments in Russia and beyond.
