Bruxelles introduces guests to all the iconic dishes of Flemish and European cuisines: his chef, Alexander Zherebtsov (RieslingBoyz, Forum (Skolkovo), ZimaLeto, Greneta), has combined Belgian specialties such as mussels and snails, croquettes and waterzoo on the menu, Bouillabaisse and Liège waffles - with international gastronomic bestsellers, such as tartare and carpaccio, Ribeye and New York steaks, Olivier salad - here made with crab, apple and red caviar - and burgers.

The beer list is made up exclusively of Belgian beers - there are 28 tap beers and 140 bottled varieties.

The pub's lounges include an open kitchen with hospère, a large hall with a fireplace, an aquarium with mussels, a beer koldrum and a meat dry-aging cabinet.
