Our hotels are open again and we are very pleased that increasingly more easings are possible step by step. Nevertheless, we remain vigilant and follow our strict hygiene concept so that we can continue to travel safely in the future.

Different regulations currently apply to our locations in Germany and Austria. So that nothing gets in the way of a safe and relaxing journey, we ask you to inform yourself about the current regulations of the respective German federal states and the travel regulations for Austria.

For new bookings, AZIMUT Hotels offer free cancellation or rebooking up to 2 days before arrival.

Guests who made bookings through a travel agency, online booking platform or other third party provider should contact their booking provider directly to cancel or postpone a reservation.

Information about your stay

For a carefree stay, please note that guests must present a negative antigen or PCR test (printout or in digital form). There is no test obligation for vaccinated and convalescent persons with a corresponding proof (vaccination certificate in the original or medical certificate). Currently the test has to be renewed every 48 hours

Furthermore, our hygiene measures apply, of course, so that you have a guaranteed safe and relaxed feeling during your stay, even under the current conditions.

Safe contactless
Stay Save with the Hotelbird app: You can check in at AZIMUT Hotels, open the room door in the hotel with one click on your smartphone, simply check out or pay the hotel bill. Everything completely contactless from anywhere and anytime!
*Except for the AZIMUT Hotel Kurfürstendamm, the room door can only be opened with a smartphone in the AZIMUT Hotel Erding
Not just clean, but germ-free
We commit ourselves to ensure sterile cleaning of the hotel rooms and public areas in our hotels. The guest rooms are disinfected daily using modern UV technology, among other things. Intensively used areas such as elevator doors and buttons, light switches, door handles etc. are disinfected several times a day. The hygiene measures in public areas have also been increased. Disinfectant dispensers with virus-compatible disinfectants are available in public areas.
Testing and testing again
Upon arrival, guests must present a negative antigen or PCR test (printout or in digital form). The test obligation is waived for vaccinated and recovered persons with corresponding proof (original vaccination certificate or medical certificate). Please note that the test must be renewed every 48 hours. We will be happy to inform you about nearby test centres where an appropriate test can be carried out - please just contact us.
Masks and distance
To protect our guests and employees, our team wears mouth and nose protection. We ask all guests to wear a respirator when entering the hotel. This is mandatory in all public areas and on the way.
At the reception, our guests are also protected by a plexiglass pane.
We always make sure that all guests and employees keep the necessary safety distance of min. 1.5 meters.
All AZIMUT hotels which are open for tourists offer a breakfast buffet again. The spaces between seats and tables have been enlarged so that the minimum distance is always maintained.
In the hotels that are currently open exclusively for business travellers, the day can start with a freshly prepared breakfast to-go. .
