Indications

  • Suffered extensive superficial and deep burns with restored skin
  • Dermatogenic, myogenic, arthrogenic contractures
  • Keloid and hypertrophic scars that have developed at the site of burn wounds
  • Condition after reconstructive operations performed for contractures and scars, but not earlier than 1-1.5 months after operations
  • Post-burn mono- and polyneuropathies of peripheral nerves

Expected therapeutic effect

  • The color of the affected skin is normalized
  • Tactile sensitivity in the scar area will be restored
  • The pain of scars will decrease
  • Mobility in joints will increase
  • Scars will decrease in size and volume

Contraindications

  • All diseases in the acute and acute stages
  • Frequent hypertensive crises
  • Acute infectious diseases
  • Effort class III angina
  • Heart rhythm disturbances
  • Bronchial asthma
  • Diseases of the liver and kidneys, accompanied by renal and hepatic failure
  • Cholelithiasis
  • Uurolithiasis
  • Benign neoplasms of any location
  • Blood diseases
  • Epilepsy
  • Pregnancy at any stage, lactation
  • Suspicions of oncological pathology
  • Skin defects (wounds, ulcerative lesions)
  • Tuberculosis
  • Irreversible osteoarticular and tendon changes in the musculoskeletal system caused by severe burn injury
  • Non-healing burn wounds requiring surgical treatment
  • Somatic diseases (complications of burn disease) with symptoms of decompensation of vital organs and systems

To start taking the procedures you will need

  • Passport
  • Sanatorium – resort card in form No. 072/u (must be issued no earlier than 2 months before the start of treatment)

    The list of necessary medical studies (examinations) and specialist consultations for issuing a sanatorium-resort card is determined by the attending physician, depending on the main and existing concomitant diseases
  • A certificate of epidemiological environment, issued at the clinic at the place of residence, indicates that the patient has not been in contact with infectious patients for 14 days. The certificate is valid for 3 days, excluding travel*
