2022
In 2022 AZIMUT Hotels continued to actively expand its geographical area of presence. Two hotels in Moscow, two hotels in Yekaterinburg, as well as a hotel in Tobolsk, Ulyanovsk and near Tula added to the chain's portfolio.
In addition, the chain announced the opening of AZIMUT Park Hotel Loo (Sochi) in 2023 in a multifunctional complex LOO RESORT & SPA.
In 2022 a letter of intent was signed to open new hotels in Kursk, Magadan, as well as the Rai-Iz complex in the Polar Urals.
One of the most significant events of the year was a large-scale re-branding of the chain that resulted in four sub-brands headed by the master brand AZIMUT Hotels, as well as a separate brand A-HOTEL.
Moreover, a functional co-working zone for 30 persons was opened in the second half of the year in AZIMUT City Hotel Ufa. A comprehensive modernization of the room stock and public areas to the level of 4* was carried out in two buildings AZIMUT Park Apartments Valset Center and Valset Premium.

2021
Against the backdrop of world events, AZIMUT Hotels pays even more attention to domestic tourism.
AZIMUT Hotel Tula 4 * was opened in May 2021: a modern hotel with original designer interiors and an excellent location in the heart of the historical center of Tula.
During the year, two AZIMUT Hotels in Rosa Khutor (Sochi) were sent for renovation (radical improvement of the interiors and equipment of the rooms).
In April 2021 METROPOL Grand Hotel Gelendzhik - the best five-star hotel on the Black Sea coast of Russia with impeccable service - joined the chain.
A new hotel in Frankfurt and two hotels in Russia - in Kaspiysk and Khabarovsk - were opened in autumn. The hotels are located in the center of the cities and close to the main tourist attractions.

2022
In 2020 AZIMUT Hotels incorporated 18 sanatoriums in such territories as Krasnodar Krai, Stavropol, Altai, Volga region, Moscow and Kaliningrad regions and proceeded to the adjustment of facilities to the unified standards of the chain. Health resort recreation and medical tourism are the most promising areas of the chain's development. The total area of sanatorium facilities covers 100 hectares.

2019
In 2019, the AZIMUT Hotels chain expanded with three hotels in the cities of the Golden Ring: Yaroslavl, Rostov Veliky and Uglich.
AZIMUT Hotel Volga Astrakhan has opened - a hotel complex on the island, which has become the "fishing mecca" of the Volga delta.
AZIMUT Hotels pushed the boundaries again by opening the first Israeli hotel on the Mediterranean coast in the resort town of Netanya.

2017In the first half of 2017 the family of AZIMUT Hotels had four new arrivals: AZIMUT Hotel Smolenskaya Moscow, AZIMUT Hotel Polar Star Yakutsk, AZIMUT Hotel Kyzyl and AZIMUT Hotel Kemerovo. The Moscow hotel opened 17 June to become a flagship SMART hotel of the chain in the capital's old town. The downtown hotel in Yakutsk has been under the control of AZIMUT Hotels since 1 June. With its larger service package and optional extras meeting the high standards of hospitality at AZIMUT Hotels, the hotel offers business travellers a comfortable environment for work and relaxation. In the second part of the year AZIMUT Hotel Kyzyl 5* was opened, it became a modern 7-storey business hotel on the bank of the Yenisei river.

2013Our Olympic-scale plans are brought to fruition. November saw the opening of two hotels in the sports' city, Sochi: AZIMUT Hotel Resort and SPA Sochi 4* (which ceased operating as a hotel complex in 2015 due to being re-purposed for the needs of a children's development center), and AZIMUT Hotel Sochi 3* (which changed hands in 2016 as AZIMUT Hotels gave up the management of this hotel because it did not meet the new concepts service standards for the chain). The opening of one of the biggest hotels for the chain - AZIMUT Hotel Olympic Moscow - winner of the Lodestar 2016 award.

2010AZIMUT points in new directions with two very different and very vibrant cities - Novosibirsk and Voronezh.

2008The brand continues to travel around the world, breaking into the European market by getting known in major cities in Germany and Austria. Hotels opened in Berlin, Dresden, Cologne, Munich, Nuremberg, Erding and Vienna.

2006The birth of the AZIMUT brand, uniting seven hotels and seven exceptional Russian cities.

2004Samara, Ufa and Kostroma were the first cities in which the foundations for the future hotel chain were laid in 2004.
