The possibility of a late check-out is specified on the day of departure. When extending the stay from 12 pm to 6 pm of the current day, an hourly rate will be charged. If the guest plans to stay in the room after 6pm, 100% of the daily rate will be charged. For AZIMUT Bonus program participants, late check-out until 4 pm is provided free of charge, subject to availability.

Is it possible to leave my luggage somewhere on the day of check-in before check-in and until the evening on the day of check-out?

Is the front desk open 24/7?

Yes, we welcome guests around the clock. However, if your rate conditions require cancellation at 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, we recommend that you pay the booking fee in the amount of the first night or the entire stay.
