• Enter your email address and password.

• Click on the “AZIMUT Bonus” section to view your points balance and credit/debit history.

• Use them at AZIMUT Hotels participating in the loyalty program to pay for your stay on the site by logging into your account and booking the Booking rate with AZIMUT Bonus points.

• Convert AZIMUT Bonus points into affiliate program points in your Personal Account on the website

Book your stay on the website at any public and promotional rates, as well as special and open discount rates and receive points for every night at the hotel.

Points for stays at participating properties that constitute the basis for earning points will be credited 24 hours after check-out.

If points for your stay, subject to all Program Rules, have not been awarded, you can contact: loyalty@azimuthotels.com with the number bookings for which no points were awarded.

The status in the AZIMUT Bonus loyalty program is valid for 12 months from the date of departure from the hotel. This validity period is extended by 365 days each time an event occurs for which points or nights are awarded, that is, you book a stay at a hotel of the AZIMUT Hotels network with a subsequent stay.
If no new residences are registered within 365 days of your last stay, your status will be changed.
For example, an AZIMUT Bonus participant received Silver status on January 1, 2019, having accumulated 70,000 points. Over the next 365 days until January 1, 2020, he must prove his Silver status by accumulating 70,000 points or 10 nights during this period. If this condition is not met, his Silver status will be changed to Bonus status, but his points balance will remain unchanged.

As a member of the loyalty program you can book an unlimited number of rooms, however, points will be awarded for a maximum of two rooms, provided that:

• Accommodation is provided in the same hotel and during the same period;

• You live in one of these rooms;

• The second number is not occupied by another Participant;

• You pay all expenses related to the two rooms upon check-out.
