You can leave information with your desired floor or room; this does not require additional payment. All windows of the rooms (except for double-bed Standard 501 and 506) overlook the park area of the sanatorium.

We also recommend booking accommodation in advance due to the small capacity of the sanatorium, only 50 rooms.

Can I reserve a room in my name for another guest to stay in?

This is possible if you book a room through the resort's website or booking service. When checking into the sanatorium, you must provide this information to a staff member or make changes to your reservation in advance by phone or mail. However, according to the rules, the guest will still need to present his passport upon check-in and live under his own name.

Is it possible to book several rooms under one last name?

Yes, it is possible to book several rooms at the same time. If possible, the sanatorium staff will contact you to clarify the names of all guests who will be staying.

Can a reservation be cancelled?

In case of non-guaranteed (that is, without advance payment) check-in  The reservation will be canceled after 3 banking days. To guarantee your reservation, we recommend paying at least 30% of the cost of the booked spa holiday in accordance with the conditions specified in the  invoice agreement.

Has my payment for my reservation been processed? Can I get duplicate of the check?

Confirmation of successful payment is a receipt that is sent by email after booking a trip along with confirmation from the sanatorium. If it is necessary to duplicate the check, the guest can inform the receptionist about this. 

Why does the website indicate one price, but at the reception desk they quote a higher room rate?

This is due to the fact that the reception desk provides a tariff that does not include possible discounts on promotions and special offers when booking on the official website.

Why are the room rates different for different dates? What does this depend on?

What is included in the price?

The cost of a sanatorium-resort voucher includes accommodation,  food, a medical program, cultural events and use of a playroom for children. You can read a detailed description of the services in the description of the tariff you have chosen.

Is there a QR code on your receipts?

Yes, you will find a QR code on all receipts from the sanatorium

Is the price per night per room or per person?

The cost of a day's  sanatorium-resort voucher in the invoice is indicated for each person. When calculated on the website, this amount depends on the number of guests, the selected medical program and room category.

Is it possible to split the payment among several people?

Yes, it is possible.

Before paying, please notify the reception desk that you would like to split the payment.

Is prepayment required when booking a room? In what ways can I make an advance payment?

The sanatorium operates on a guaranteed reservation basis - upon making at least 30% of the invoice in advance. Pay the remaining amount directly at the reception desk.

Do I need to pay a resort fee at the resort?

Yes, the resort fee is 100 rubles, with the exception of people who are eligible for payment of this fee.

Does the sanatorium work with or without VAT?

Sanatorium-resort treatment, as well as paid medical treatment, is not subject to VAT. All other paid services are subject to VAT.

What other additional fees might there be?

There are no mandatory fees from the sanatorium. However, additional  services of the sanatorium are provided for a  fee, the cost can be found on the website 

How to cancel a reservation?

You can cancel your reservation yourself in your personal account on the website, subject to the cancellation deadlines for the rate you have chosen. Is there a penalty for late cancellation?

The amount of the late cancellation penalty depends on the conditions of the booked rate. Cancellation periods are stated on the booking confirmation.

Can a reservation be canceled without my knowledge?

In case of non-guaranteed check-in (without advance payment), the reservation can be canceled after 3 banking days. Guaranteed reservations are valid until 12:00 pm on the day following your check-in date.

How to change booking dates?

You can change the dates of your stay in the same way you booked your stay, that is, in your personal account, through the reservation department, or by requesting the agency through which the reservation was made.

How can I change the category in advance? What about when I arrive at the resort?

The guest can change the room category in the Personal Account, subject to booking through the website; When booking by phone or email, changes will be made by phone or email. If you would like to change your room category upon arrival, please notify the manager at the front desk. When upgrading your room category, you must pay the difference between the booked category and the one you want to stay in, at the existing rate. There are separate conditions for loyalty program participants. 

Will money be returned if I leave the resort ahead of schedule?

Is it possible to have early check-in and late check-out, how much does it cost? What should I do if I arrive in town late at night?

Early check-in is subject to availability. When booking in advance and with the need for early check-in (from 02:00 am to 2:00 pm), the guest pays an additional 50% of the room rate on the day of check-in at the Hotel rate; for early check-in from 12:00 am to 02:00 am – the guest pays 100% of the cost of the previous night of stay in the room of the selected category at the Hotel rate, in accordance with paragraph 27 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2020 No. 1853 “On approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation” For AZIMUT Bonus program participants, early check-in can be provided free of charge from 9:00 am, subject to availability of rooms.

The possibility of late check-out will be confirmed on the day of departure. When extending your stay from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm of the current day, a payment of 50% of the room rate per day will be charged at the hotel rate on the day of departure. If the guest plans to stay in the room after 6:00 pm, 100% of the daily rate will be charged. Members of the AZIMUT Bonus program receive late check-out until 4:00 pm, subject to availability of rooms.

Is the reception open 24 hours a day?

Yes. What documents are needed to check into the sanatorium?

For accommodation in the sanatorium, the Guest must present a Russian passport; for children under 14 years old, birth certificates are required. Sanatorium-resort card of the established form (paid registration at the sanatorium is possible), certificate of epidemiological environment, for children from 4 years old - sanatorium-resort card (form 076/u), analysis for entorobiasis (issue period no more than 10 days). Children under 4 years of age are not provided with sanatorium-resort treatment, but for accommodation they must provide all documents except the sanatorium-resort card.
