This is a quiet apart-hotel of 2 buildings, surrounded by the greenery of a national park. One of the most economical accommodation options in the Rosa Khutor resort.

Each room is an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and household appliances, which is especially convenient when traveling with children. Quiet place, away from crowds, near a children's playground. Nearby is the Pozharsky store. with farm products, Surf Coffee and the Trikoni tavern.

This building is located a little further from the Gazprom ski lifts, but it’s still a few minutes’ walk, but it’s a short walk to the Olympia ski lift. and "Arrow" 10 minutes walk. You can get there by shuttle, which runs every 15-20 minutes.

Rosa Khutor railway station is 15 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by regular bus or free shuttle.

On the ground floor there is a drying room for equipment, as well as a Finnish sauna and massage room to warm up and relax after an active day. On the second floor of the hotel — library and children's room. 

Nearby are cafes, restaurants, a Perekrestok supermarket. and other useful infrastructure.

These hotels have all the advantages of a central location: five minutes walk to the Strela ski lifts and "Olympia". A minute from Town Hall Square and the Museum of Archaeology.

Apartments VALSET CENTER

There is a children's store right in the hotel building, opposite – playground. Surf Coffee is nearby.

This is the main building of the AZIMUT apartments, where the administration desk is located and check-in takes place. 

Apartments VALSET SPORT 

They are closer to Rose Square than VALSET CENTER, but a little further from the playground. The windows overlook the resort street, with mountains visible in the background.

The Rosa Khutor ski lifts are as close as possible, there is a ring of all buses nearby: you can quickly get to other ski centers - Gazprom and Krasnaya Polyana.

The hotel is located in the center, everything is nearby: 5 minutes to Olympia. and "Arrows", cafes, restaurants, shops, playground and bus stops. 

Unlike the hotels VALSET CENTER and VALSET SPORT, VALSET PREMIUM is a little further away from Rose Square with the Town Hall, so the advantages of the center are preserved, but the atmosphere is calmer. It takes a little longer to walk to the parking lot, but literally at the apartment building the Health Path begins. A minute's walk from Rosa Beach is a small beach around the lake.
