Be sure to bring a bathing suit. You can take your rubber slippers if it will be more comfortable.

Hamam is a Turkish bath, designed in a traditional oriental style. Steam in the bath supplied from special vats with boiling water. Moisture in the form of a dense enveloping fog is distributed evenly throughout the room.

The hamam maintains a special temperature regime from 37 to 47 degrees, with 100% humidity. It is not customary to walk naked in the steam room, so the body is covered with a sheet or sarong.

Sauna - Finnish bath (or sauna) is primarily based on dry hot air. Such conditions are achieved by heating stones on a special stove without supplying water, which in turn give off heat to the air and the required temperature is achieved . The temperature reaches 80 to 100 degrees C, humidity is only 5-10%.

It is believed that in addition to the main beneficial properties of warming up the body, the Finnish sauna is especially good for the skin.
