Rules for registration, payment and cancellation of reservations in AZIMUT City Hotel Ufa

Please note that due to technical limitations on the Gosuslugi portal, hotel check-in is required with original documents required by Russian law.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM.

For non-guaranteed (i.e., no prepayment) confirmed reservations, if the guest does not specify a specific arrival time or notify the hotel in advance, the room may be cancelled after 4:00 PM local time on the check-in date, according to the booking conditions. To secure your reservation, we recommend paying for the first night's stay in accordance with the terms of your selected rate.

For advance reservations requiring early check-in (from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM), the guest will be charged an additional 50% of the room rate on the day of check-in at the hotel rate. For early check-in between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM, guests are charged 100% of the previous night's room rate in the selected room category at the hotel rate.

Late check-out options will be confirmed on the day of departure. For extended stays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, a 50% room rate per night will be charged at the hotel rate on the day of departure. If the guest plans to stay in the room after 6:00 PM, a 100% daily room rate will be charged. AZIMUT Bonus program members receive a complimentary late check-out until 4:00 PM, subject to availability.

Cancellation of booking:

You can cancel the booking in your Personal account on the website, subject to the cancellation deadlines for the rate you have chosen, or contact the hotel by phone +7 (347) 235 90 00 or by e-mail: reservations.ufa@azimuthotels.com

If you cancel a prepaid (guaranteed) reservation in a timely manner (up to 24 hours before arrival), you will receive a refund. If you cancel a prepaid (guaranteed) reservation on the day of arrival or if the guest no-shows, the cost of the first night's stay will be retained. The hotel reserves the right to contact you to confirm your check-in details.

Card refunds in rare cases take up to 45 business days and depend on the work of partner banks. But usually it happens within just a few days.

What documents are needed to check into a hotel?

For accommodation at the hotel, the guest provides an identity document in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including:

a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
birth certificates - for a person under the age of 14;
foreign passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
a passport of a foreign citizen or another document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen;
a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a stateless person;
permits for temporary residence of a stateless person;
residence permit of a stateless person;
driver's license of a citizen of the Russian Federation.

Passport must be presented by all guests staying in the room.

Documents for check-in minors:

To check into the hotel of minors under the age of 14, a parent, adoptive parent, guardian or other accompanying person must present an identity document, birth certificates of these minors, as well as a written consent (in free form, not notarized) of legal representatives (one of them) a child to accompany. Check-in at the hotel by minors who have reached the age of 14, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, is carried out on the basis of identity documents of these minors and written consent (in free form, not notarized) of legal representatives (one of them).

Extra bed is available in certain room categories.
The cost of an extra bed is 1500 rubles per day.

Accomodation with your pet:

Allowed for living in AZIMUT City Hotel Ufa, the height of the animal is no more than 35 cm at the withers. Accommodation with pets is possible upon prior agreement with the hotel administration, for an additional fee — 500 rubles per day. It is necessary to leave a deposit of 5000 rubles, which we return after checking the room upon departure. Upon arrival, you must provide a veterinary passport of the animal with vaccinations.
