Status of individual bookings:

Non-guaranteed bookings- confirmed bookings without prepayment. 
Non-guaranteed reservations are kept by guests until 6 pm on the day of arrival. After 6 pm in case of no-show, non-guaranteed bookings will be cancelled.

Guaranteed Bookings- bookings for which  a prepayment has been made as set by the fare or season rules.
Prepayment is made within the time limits stipulated by the fare or season rules by bank transfer (payment by account)* or by providing bank card details and the cardholder's consent to debit funds from the card account**.

*invoices can be issued no later than 3 banking days before arrival

**cardholder must be present at check-in to confirm payment

Guaranteed bookings are kept by the guest until 12 pm on the day following arrival. 
In case of non-arrival of the guest before 12 pm on the day following the arrival, the prepayment in the amount established by the rules for the cancellation of the tariff or season is non-refundable.
In case of late cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the prepayment in the amount established by the fare or season cancellation rules is non-refundable.

Card refunds in rare cases take up to 45 business days and depend on the work of partner banks. But usually it happens within just a few days.

The hotel has a guaranteed check-in time for individual guests starting from 2 pm. Checkout time-12 pm

When pre-booking  with the need for early check-in (before 2 pm), a mandatory guarantee in the form of an advance payment – a guaranteed booking is made.
When booking  with the need for a late check-in (after 6 pm), a mandatory guarantee in the form of an advance payment – guaranteed booking.

What documents are needed to check into a hotel?

For accommodation at the Hotel, the Guest provides an identity document in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including:

  • a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • a passport of a citizen of the USSR, proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced within the prescribed period with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • birth certificates - for a person under the age of 14;
  • a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation, for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
  • temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • a passport of a foreign citizen or another document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen;
  • a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a stateless person;
  • permits for temporary residence of a stateless person;
  • residence permit of a stateless person.

The hotel staff is not allowed to accept a driver's license as proof of identity.

Passport must be presented by all guests staying in the room.

Documents for check-in minors:

To check into the hotel of minors under the age of 14, a parent, adoptive parent, guardian or other accompanying person must present an identity document, birth certificates of these minors, as well as a written consent (in free form, not notarized) of legal representatives (one of them) a child to accompany. Check-in at the hotel by minors who have reached the age of 14, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, is carried out on the basis of identity documents of these minors and written consent (in free form, not notarized) of legal representatives (one of them).

Extra bed is available in certain room categories. 
The cost of an extra bed is 1200 rubles per day.

Accomodation with your pet:

Allowed for living in AZIMUT City Hotel Ufa, the height of the animal is no more than 35 cm at the withers. Accommodation with pets is possible upon prior agreement with the hotel administration, for an additional fee - 700 rubles for the entire stay. It is necessary to leave a deposit of 5000 rubles, which we return after checking the room upon departure.
