We create dishes to surprise and delight. Looking for inspiration and new ideas for our SMART Lobby Bar our chef Aleksandr Kokurin went on a culinary tour to Sakhalin. During the trip, Aleksandr tried local cuisine, which combines Russian, Japanese and Korean culinary traditions, visited local cafes and talked with chefs.

After getting inspired by new culture and people, Aleksandr returned with a new project. So now, we are announcing our new Asia food menu with Far Eastern flavor and the author's interpretation.

Asian cuisine is exquisite and unusual dishes created by combining the traditions of the cuisines of different Asian regions. For the preparation of Asian masterpieces of cookery, two main products are used - noodles and rice.

The peculiarity of the cuisine is the presence of a huge number of spices in different combinations, soya products and products with a minimum amount of fats. Asian restaurants in ITC will appeal to those who prefer spicy dishes.
