Komsomolsky Square

In the middle of the 20th century, the square was a bare field where Tyumen residents planted potatoes. The situation changed in 1961, when, on the initiative of the first secretary of the city committee of the CPSU, Semyon Patsko, students, working youth and sportswomen began to plant trees.

Years later, linden trees and poplars grew, turning this potato field into a large park. It is especially pleasant here in the summer: in the heat, when the temperature reaches thirty degrees, you can hide in the shade of spreading trees.

The park quickly became a popular place for city residents to relax, where you can enjoy the coolness and beauty of nature. This space combines history and living nature, creating a cozy atmosphere for walks and meetings. Tyumen is proud of its green oasis, which is so important for residents, providing an opportunity to rest and relax in the heart of the city.

Birch Grove Park

One of the most original parks in Tyumen, where the main plantings are birches, especially among athletes. In winter, skiers enthusiastically cover kilometers, and in summer the park is filled with runners. The only obstacle is the track that runs parallel to the park, but if you go a little deeper, there is always peace and quiet.

This space fits harmoniously into the natural landscape, creating ideal conditions for both active training and relaxation. Wide paths are suitable for various activities, and dense birch groves provide a pleasant coolness on hot days. The park attracts both professional athletes and fans of active pastime, offering quiet corners for comfortable training and relaxation in the fresh air. Here everyone can find their place to restore strength and inspiration.

Zatyumensky Ecopark

Zatyumensky is a specially protected natural area and a natural monument of regional significance, which has now become a large ecopark offering ski and training bases, as well as walking areas and modern navigation. The unique diversity of the forest attracts both residents and guests of Tyumen. Poplar, linden and spruce trees grow here, and if you want, you can even find raspberries.

In the summer, the park is filled with those looking for shady spots to escape the heat, and in the winter it becomes a real paradise for skiers who can enjoy skiing along the winding trails. The park has narrow paths along which, while walking, you can come across wooden figures of bears, wild boars and hares. These sculptures represent animals that live in the local forests, adding a friendly and natural element to the atmosphere of the park.

Zatyumensky Park creates excellent conditions for active pastime and close contact with nature at any time of the year. This place perfectly combines opportunities for sports and exploration of natural beauty, making it not only a place for recreation, but also a favorite destination for an active lifestyle.
