Animals allowed at the hotel:

Dinary dogs weighing up to 5 kg
Domestic cats
Service dogs and guide dogs

Dogs weighing more than 5 kg may only be accommodated with separate approval.

What to bring:

A current veterinary certificate with vaccination records (required!)
A mat or cage, food bowl, and litter box
A muzzle, collar, and leash

Pet Accommodation Rate:

The pet rate is 2,000 rubles per night. This fee covers a deep cleaning and additional treatment of the room after check-out.

Upon check-in, we will ask you to leave a 3,000 ruble deposit to cover any damages. The full deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damages to the room.

How to reserve a pet:

When making a reservation, please indicate the type, breed, and weight of your pet in the comments. This information will help us prepare for your pet's arrival in advance.

Pet Policy:

To ensure the comfort of all guests and maintain the hotel's welcoming atmosphere, we ask that you follow a few simple rules.

Please do not leave your pets unattended in your room, lobby, or on the hotel grounds. This will protect your pet from stress and prevent any potential messes.
We greatly appreciate it if you feed your pets from their own bowls, which you bring with you.
We appreciate it if you do not wash your pets in the bathtub or shower stall or dry them with towels, robes, or hotel linens. Please use only the items you bring with you.

We ask that you walk your pets outside the hotel grounds. This will ensure the area remains clean and beautiful for you and other guests.
In public areas of the hotel, pets must be muzzled and on a leash or in a special carrier.

We hope these rules won't apply to you, but please be aware of them:

We will charge you additional fees for damage to other guests or hotel staff, as well as damage to hotel property caused by your pet, should this occur.
We will not be able to allow your pet to stay at the hotel if it behaves aggressively toward guests or staff.
