"Hotel in Comcity — this is the fifth object of AZIMUT Hotels in Moscow. We are pleased to have the opportunity to expand the AZIMUT metropolitan network and provide business travelers with comfortable living conditions and a high level of service on business trips. The hotel as part of a large-scale office park has the potential to become a foothold for the recovery of the MICE segment, which suffered amid the pandemic, — noted the CEO of AZIMUT Hotels Maxim Brodovsky.
The Comcity project by the international developer PPF Real Estate Russia combines modern office space and developed infrastructure: the Homecity residential complex, spacious underground and surface parking, business class coworking, a 10,000 sq. m and its own landscaped area with numerous parks and recreation areas. The office park is distinguished by good transport accessibility — it is located in the south-west of Moscow, 350 meters from Rumyantsevo metro station.
Comcity is the only office park in Moscow that complies with the international "green" standards and is LEED Gold certified. The high level of environmental friendliness is also confirmed by the Green Brick awards. CRE Federal Awards and Greenest Business Center Green Property Awards.
Care for the environment and the principles of sustainable development meet the values of AZIMUT. Earlier, as part of the development strategy, SIBUR and AZIMUT Hotels implemented a joint project to improve the environmental friendliness of the hospitality industry, Plastic – not trash. Currently, AZIMUT hotels offer personalized cosmetics in recyclable packaging. Since the start of the project in 2020, about 21 tons of plastic waste have been transferred for recycling, from which new useful things can be made. In total, more than 12 tons of plastic were collected.
