Greek cuisine is a harmony of simple ingredients, fresh sea air, and the Aegean sunshine. Its foundation is olive oil, bread, cheeses, vegetables, herbs, and wild plants. Traditional dishes cooked directly over an open fire are especially popular. While unfussy, each dish carries the flavors of the south and a long history.

Russian cuisine is an entire philosophy, reflected in long dinners at a wooden table and traditions passed down from generation to generation. Sophia Tolstaya, wife of the great writer Leo Tolstoy, left behind a unique page of Russian culinary culture – a handwritten cookbook. This collection of recipes reflects the life of a 19th-century noble family, where food was not just nourishment but a part of spiritual and family life, the essence of which we will present to you at our Russian Cuisine Evening.

Time: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Venue: AZIMUT Park Hotel Tula (GRAF Restaurant, 1st floor).

Event Format: A series of themed dinners, including a tasting of dishes from the hotel's chef, Konstantin Kudin, and a professional sommelier.

What's included in each evening's program:

  • Presentation and tasting of dishes and alcoholic beverages.
  • A master class on the art of wine (spirits) and their pairing with food.
