Ramen is the absolute pride of Aziatish restaurant. We know everything about it and are happy to share the authentic flavors of Japan!

Light broth, marbled beef, juicy eggplant, ajitama egg and sake.

We cook perfect noodles on alkaline water kansui.

Philadelphia rolls

An absolute classic in impeccable execution.

Perfect texture of rice, crispy concasse cucumber, delicate cheese and lots of fresh salmon make Philadelphia Aziatish an absolute favorite of our guests.

Pad Thai Noodles with Shrimp

Pad Thai wins hearts, we know it for sure. So we make it without deviating from the original recipe: rice noodles in oyster sauce and lime juice, juicy shrimp and tofu cheese. Garnish with slices of fresh cucumber, soy sprouts, generous scattering of peanuts, cilantro and shichimi!
