On March 17, 2025, AZIMUT City Hotel Olympic hosted the annual AZIMUT Market Place 2025, bringing together representatives of various companies, agencies and tour operators, as well as managers from all AZIMUT Hotels properties.

AZIMUT Hotels has an extensive geographic footprint. Traveling from one hotel to another, guests can discover the whole of Russia, from Kaliningrad to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, which is why this year’s AZIMUT Market Place was held under the slogan “Life Is a Journey.” Participants had the opportunity to explore different regions without leaving Moscow, try on traditional costumes representing various ethnic groups and take memorable AI-generated photos against backdrops featuring Lake Baikal, the Northern Lights, the Caucasus Mountains and other unique landmarks.

The event’s business program provided an opportunity to meet with partners and colleagues ahead of the new tourism season, discuss industry trends and discover new properties. Over the past year, 11 hotels joined the AZIMUT Hotels network. New properties opened in Yoshkar-Ola, Kaluga, Tyumen, Kazan, Abakan, Stavropol and Tambov, while the company also opened its first hotel in Tashkent. 2025 also began with new openings in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Saransk and Moscow. More than 70 hotels and sanatoriums across the network showcased their properties at the event.

AZIMUT Market Place is another opportunity to enjoy a pleasant experience, learn more about the regions where the network operates and discover local specialties. Tasting dishes from Russia’s gastronomic map has become a cherished AZIMUT Market Place tradition.

An important part of the program was a review of the previous year’s results. AZIMUT Hotels closed 2024 with strong performance: total revenue reached RUB 28 billion, while the chain’s hotels and sanatoriums welcomed more than 3 million guests, with one in two staying at the network’s properties two or more times during the year.

The company plans to further expand its presence in Russia and other countries. This year, two hotels will open in Israel, while a new AZIMUT-branded hotel in Irkutsk and the fully renovated Ivushka sanatorium will open in the near future. The winter 2026–2027 season will also see the reopening of the renowned Cheget boarding house following renovation. In addition, AZIMUT Hotels will continue supporting charitable foundations, sports and cultural initiatives.
