Russia's largest hotel chain, AZIMUT Hotels, has begun modernizing its property in Khabarovsk. Once the work is complete, the hotel's room count will increase from 97 to 152 rooms, allowing the property to accommodate 50% more guests.
The modernization project at AZIMUT City Hotel Khabarovsk involves renovating existing spaces and adding new rooms on floors 11–14 of the building, which will house 55 new guest rooms.
The hotel will offer standard and upgraded room categories, its breakfast restaurant will be expanded, and the renovated public areas will become more comfortable for both relaxation and business meetings. All work is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
The hotel's expansion was a response to consistently high demand for quality accommodation in Khabarovsk. As one of the largest business centers in the Russian Far East, the city welcomes representatives from industry, the transport sector, government agencies, and business, including international companies. A significant share of AZIMUT's guests are discerning travelers who place particular value on a high level of service, modern rooms, and well-developed infrastructure.

So the decision to expand our room inventory was a logical next step in the hotel's development. Once the work is finished, guests will have even more comfortable rooms across a range of categories, as well as renovated public spaces. The project will expand the city's capacity to host business travelers and participants in major events."
