Active holidays in the mountains become even more exciting. Two formats are available: leisurely sightseeing routes and thrilling rides on powerful sports snowmobiles.
All trips take place in the resort's high-altitude zone, at elevations from 1,800 to 2,300 metres above sea level for sightseeing tours and up to 3,000 metres for sports routes. You will ride accompanied by experienced instructors who ensure safety and help you master operating the vehicle.
Sightseeing routes:
Three rich routes to discover the high-altitude Phiya Pass and the panoramas of the Caucasus Range. Tours are conducted on comfortable two-seater snowmobiles, suitable for two adults or an adult with a child. The group moves in an organised column behind a guide-instructor.
Route "Viewing Point" (1 hour)
A scenic ascent along a mountain serpentine to a viewing point at an altitude of 2,000 metres. You'll enjoy sweeping views of the Main Caucasus Range and a natural photo spot. The return journey passes through a relict fir forest.
Route "Karachayka Gorge" (1.5 hours)
A combined journey that brings together an ascent along the serpentine with views of the range, a ride into the picturesque Karachayka Gorge among mountain peaks, and a descent through a relict forest. Route altitude: 1,800–2,100 metres.
Route "Bottomless Lake" (2 hours)
A full excursion for adventure lovers. A dynamic ascent overcoming steep descents and forest sections leads to the crater of Bottomless Lake at an altitude of 2,300 metres. In clear weather, views above the clouds open up here. In winter the lake is hidden under snow and ice, but the energy and panoramas of this place are impressive.
Riding mountain sports snowmobiles:
This format is designed for active and confident travellers looking for new sensations. You'll have access to powerful sports snowmobiles from 150 to 160 horsepower, capable of conquering peaks and deep snow. The ride is suitable for men and women of any age, and both individual and group participation is possible.
The main advantage of this format is learning by doing. You receive protective gear and radios, then immediately set off with an instructor. Along the way, they explain the specifics of handling the vehicle in various conditions, taking you through driving school step by step. This saves time and gives you a thrill from the very first minutes.
Available options:
- 30 minutes — an introduction to the power and speed of a mountain snowmobile.
- 1 hour — an intensive test of your skills and a full introduction to the vehicle.
- 2 hours — in-depth practice in the style of mountain racers, riding to Bottomless Lake through snowy fields, forest and elevation changes.
- 3 hours — a serious adventure for experienced riders.
- A full day — complete immersion for true extreme enthusiasts, with a lunch stop at a mountain lodge.
For family groups, a custom "Family" programme is available, combining sightseeing and sports snowmobiles so that every participant gets their own experience.
