Accommodation, Meals, and Drinks
The "All Inclusive" rate includes accommodation in all room categories in the Zalesye and Nagorye buildings, as well as in stand-alone cottages. Guests have access to all hotel amenities and services included in the rate.
The rate includes breakfast, lunch, and buffet dinner at the Zhar-Ptitsa restaurant. If the hotel occupancy is less than 10%, a voucher will be issued for ordering from the à la carte menu for lunch and dinner; breakfast is served as a set menu.
Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages are available throughout the day: water, tea, coffee, juices, and carbonated drinks in the lobby bar, restaurant, and pool area*.
Alcoholic beverages are included and served from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM in the lobby bar and during lunch in the restaurant: sparkling, white, and red wine, draft beer*.
* Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages: water, tea, coffee, assorted Dobry carbonated drinks, assorted juices (lobby, Zhar-Ptitsa restaurant, and pool area). Alcoholic drinks are served in the lobby bar from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and during lunch and dinner in the Zhar-Ptitsa restaurant: sparkling wine, white wine, and red wine. Draft beer is only available in the lobby bar.
Spa and Entertainment*
The rate includes unlimited access to the spa complex: the thermal zone and pool are available throughout your stay. For your convenience, advance reservations at reception are recommended.
The spa also offers beauty and relaxation treatments, available upon request for an additional fee.
The price also includes sports equipment rental, billiards, and karaoke during opening hours. Entertainment programs are available for adults and children.
Certain services, including those offered by hotel partners, are available for an additional fee.
* Spa - Thermal zone: 1 session per person per day. Reservations are required for the thermal spa zone by calling +7 (48535) 6 70 76. Reservations are not required for the pool during opening hours.
Sports equipment rental (does not include court rental) – reservations are required by calling +7 (48535) 6 70 00.
Billiards and karaoke – reservations are required by calling +7 (48535) 6 70 00.
Animation programs for children and adults – paid services provided by hotel partners are excluded.
