Important information before Check-in
Only dogs weighing up to 15 kg are permitted.
A current veterinary certificate with proof of vaccinations must be provided upon check-in.
Pet-friendly accommodation is available only in Standard and Superior category rooms on the 2nd floor.
Cost and deposit
Pet Fee: 2,500 RUB per night. This covers specialized room cleaning after your departure.
Refundable Deposit: A 10,000 RUB deposit is required at check-in (to cover potential property damage). The full amount will be refunded if no damage occurs.
Simple rules for everyone's comfort
Please follow these simple guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for you, your pet, and other guests.
1. The sign is our secret code: please hang the special "Pet Friendly" sign on your door. This helps us know the cutest guest is inside!
2. Bring the bowl for appetite: bringing your pet's favorite bowl is ideal. But if you forget anything, just ask us—we'll be happy to help!
3. Stay Together: for your pet's peace of mind and the comfort of all guests, please do not leave your pet unattended in the room, lobby, or anywhere else on hotel property. We're sure they'll feel calmer with you nearby.
4. Cleanliness is caring for All: thank you in advance for refraining from bathing your pet in the room's bathtub or shower. Also, please only use the special towels marked with paws and designated pet grooming supplies to keep our hotel linens fresh for everyone.
5. Comfortable walks: outside your room, in all public areas of the hotel, please keep your dog on a leash and wearing a muzzle, or securely in a carrier.
6. Restaurant visits: to ensure all our guests, including the youngest ones, feel comfortable during meals, dogs may only enter the restaurant if secured in a carrier. Thank you for your understanding and care for the atmosphere. Alternatively, we would be delighted to deliver your order to your room.
