AZIMUT Hotel Aerostar strives to ensure a comfortable stay and accommodates guests' needs as much as possible. If you plan to stay at our hotel, there's no need to part with your four-legged friend. Simply let us know when you book your room that you require a pet. You must also provide information about the pet's breed, height, weight, and other characteristics. Please read our Pet Policy in advance.
Basic Terms and Conditions:
- Cats of any breed and small dogs weighing up to 15 kg are permitted at the hotel.
- An additional fee of RUB 1,500 per pet per night applies and is charged in addition to the room rate.
- Guests staying with pets are required to have a valid veterinary passport and the necessary pet accessories, including a carrier or crate, bowls, a collar, and any other items required for the pet’s care.
- In public areas of the hotel, pets must be carried, kept on a short leash, and/or wear a muzzle where applicable for certain dog breeds.
Upon check-in, the guest must pay a security deposit of 5,000 RUB for each pet. In case of damage or heavy soiling, the cost of damage/deep cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. If no damages are found, the full amount will be refunded upon checkout.
Guests with pets are welcome in Standard and Superior rooms. All rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
