#SibirSibir — a warm welcome with Siberian elegance! Discover our new menu made entirely from local ingredients: game, fish, wild herbs, and farm-grown vegetables. Pair it with our award-winning wine list, recognized by the Russian Wine Awards. The true taste of Siberia — in every dish!
The interior of the restaurant is a captivating blend of homely warmth and refined elegance. Every detail seems to whisper: here, comfort is an art form, and the atmosphere is magic crafted with care. Your eyes are drawn to unexpected yet eco-friendly design elements — walls made of glass “bricks” that appear to melt in the light, intricately carved rustic shutters floating beneath the ceiling like fairy-tale wings, and a collection of handcrafted matryoshka dolls, each with its own soul, story, and charm.
At the bar, another performance unfolds: cocktails and infusions made from wild taiga berries are served beneath a breathtaking installation — tens of thousands of silver spoons shimmer overhead, forming a giant, gleaming scale. Some see the Northern Lights, others the armor of a legendary warrior, or ripples on a Siberian lake... and some simply smile and say, “They’re just spoons!” And that’s the essence of this place: to surprise, to delight, and to always remain warm and genuine.
The heart of the restaurant is its open kitchen, designed in the style of a Soviet-era mosaic, where every element seems to come alive, telling a story of flavor and tradition. Right before the guests’ eyes, chefs skillfully slice delicate ribbons of stroganina from muksun and sterlet, boil tens of thousands of juicy, fragrant Siberian dumplings — just like in childhood memories. White mushrooms simmer gently in sour cream, while silky pine nut milk is freshly pressed. And the desserts? A chapter of their own: bird cherry pies generously topped with fresh honeysuckle, and venison flambéed in true French haute cuisine style.
In this kitchen, northern delicacies meet festive dishes of the Soviet era, alongside Siberian game, river fish, wild taiga ingredients, and the finest recipes of Russian cuisine — both traditional and reimagined. This is #SibirSibir: a true gastronomic expedition to the very heart of Siberia.
Leading the kitchen is Chef Evgeny Kuznetsov, an expert in Siberian culinary traditions and a bold interpreter of their modern potential. The concept’s creator and owner is renowned Siberian restaurateur Denis Ivanov, who proudly calls the restaurant: “#SibirSibir is a true gastronomic embassy of Siberia in Moscow.”
