#SibirSibir is a restaurant of modern and traditional cuisine of Siberia and a kind of gastronomic embassy of Siberia in Moscow.

All dishes are prepared with the maximum flavor: the shaved meat is cut right at the guest table with the Yakut fishing knife. And they will pour a glass of vodka into your fish soup according to the custom of geologists and extinguish a piece of coal in it "to saturate with the real taiga spirit". Dumplings are made in Siberian style - from four kinds of meat or three types of caviar.

The interior is both comfort and solemn with walls made of glass like melted bricks, carved rustic shutters on the ceiling, collectible matryoshka dolls... Above the bar, where they pour cocktails and tinctures on taiga berries, it looks like the scales of a huge fish are hanging: 10 thousand tablespoons.

At the heart of the restaurant there is an open kitchen decorated with stylized Soviet mosaics. Here, thousands of servings of the famous Siberian dumplings are cooked for you, white milk mushrooms are seasoned with sour cream, milk is squeezed out of pine nuts and culinary magic is created.

Most of the restaurant's suppliers are local producers.

The chef is Evgeny Kuznetsov.
