88 meters above the ground in the historical center of Moscow. A 360-degree panorama with stunning views of the Stalin skyscrapers, the Garden Ring, Moscow City and the Kremlin.

Sakhalin restaurant is a project of restaurateur Boris Zarkov and White Rabbit Family brand-chef Vladimir Mukhin. A variety of seafood: shells, crabs, shrimps and fish from the Russian Far East. Here gastronomy is like an art where perfection is achieved under the conductor's baton of taste. The restaurant where the music of the seas and oceans sounds.

In October 2021 the restaurant "Sakhalin" was awarded a MICHELIN star.

Cuisine: Russian local products combined with Mediterranean and Asian dishes and techniques are the basis of the new style of MediterrAsian cuisine. The heart of the restaurant is the Raw bar with a glacier and an aquarium, where guests can choose seafood to their taste.
