A trip to a health resort, like any other, requires careful preparation, an essential part of which is collecting the necessary documents.

To check into a health resort, you need the following set of documents:

  • Russian Federation citizen's passport or Russian Federation citizen's international passport (if identity documents are not available, check-in can be done with a driver's license);
  • A health resort card of the established form with a fluorography mark, issued no longer than two months ago, is mandatory, in accordance with By Order of the Russian Ministry of Health No. 834n dated December 15, 2014, "On Approval of Unified Forms of Medical Documentation Used in Medical Organizations Providing Outpatient Medical Care and the Procedures for Completing Them," registration form 072/u.
    A spa card can be obtained directly at the sanatorium (subject to availability of a fluorography scan), according to the price list.
  • Individual Insurance Account Number (SNILS).

    * In order to implement the national project "Healthcare" and in pursuance of RF Government Resolution No. 140 dated February 9, 2022, "On the Unified State Information System in Healthcare" Starting from December 19, 2024, all reservation requests must include the guest's SNILS number.

  • if available - travel voucher (referral or power of attorney from the organization to receive the travel voucher); referral for treatment at a sanatorium;
  • compulsory medical insurance policy;
  • for pregnant women, an exchange card is required;
  • for foreign citizens: a visa (if necessary), a migration card.

If you are traveling with a child, you will also need:

Children of any age are accepted to the sanatorium; treatment is prescribed for children from 4 years old. Children under 4 years of age are not eligible for spa treatment. However, to stay with their parents and on the resort grounds, all of the following documents are required, with the exception of the spa card.

  • Birth certificate;
  • Compulsory medical insurance policy;
  • A spa card of the established form is mandatory if treatment is planned for a child (registration form 076/u), issued no longer than 2 months before the start date of treatment;
  • Pinerobiosis test (not older than 10 days);
  • A dermatologist's report on the absence of contagious skin diseases;
  • A certificate of no contact with sick people Infectious diseases from a pediatrician or epidemiologist, depending on the recommendations and regulations of state and municipal regulatory authorities;
  • Check-in of persons under 18 years of age is permitted only if the accompanying person(s) (in the absence of legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents, or guardians) provides written consent from one of their legal representatives).

Before traveling, you must consult with your attending physician, who will prescribe a series of examinations to obtain a spa card. Remember: the more complete information about your health condition you provide, the more effective your sanatorium and spa treatment will be.

What you need to know about staying at the sanatorium

  • All medical procedures are prescribed exclusively by the attending physician of the sanatorium;
  • You must arrive on time for your doctor's appointments and treatment procedures;
  • About any allergies or drug intolerances If you are taking any medications, you must inform your doctor;
  • If you regularly take any medications, be sure to bring them with you in sufficient quantities;
  • To attend water and mud treatments, you must have swimsuits, flip-flops, and a swimming cap (for the pool);
  • A mandatory condition for successful treatment is strict adherence to doctor's orders, including the treatment program, diet, and physical activity regimen;
  • To achieve maximum treatment effectiveness, it is recommended to abstain from alcohol and smoking;
  • If your health worsens or your illness worsens, be sure to contact your doctor, or the doctor on duty or nurse on duty in the evenings and on weekends.
