Rules for Check-in at AZIMUT Hotel Penza

Statuses of individual bookings:

Non-guaranteed bookings – confirmed bookings without advance payment. 
Non-guaranteed reservations are reserved for guests until 18:00 on the day of arrival. After 18:00, in case of no-show, the non-guaranteed reservation is cancelled.

Guaranteed bookings are bookings for which an advance payment has been made according to the rules of the tariff or season.
Prepayment is made within the time limits stipulated by the rules of the tariff or season by bank transfer (payment by invoice)* or by providing the bank card details and the cardholder's consent to debit funds from the card account**.

*invoices can be issued no later than 3 banking days before arrival

**The cardholder must be present at check-in to confirm the payment

Guaranteed reservations are reserved for the guest until 12:00 on the day following check-in. 
If the guest does not arrive before 12:00 on the day following check-in, the prepayment in the amount specified by the cancellation policy or the season is non-refundable.
In case of late cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the prepayment in the amount specified by the cancellation rules of the fare or season is non-refundable.

Cancellation of the booking:

You can cancel your reservation yourself in your personal account on the website, subject to the cancellation period for the tariff you have chosen, or contact the hotel by phone at 8 (8412) 67 90 09 or by e-mail: reservations.penza@azimuthotels.com

In case of cancellation or no-show at the rate with a mandatory prepayment, the cost of the first night's stay will be deducted. The prepayment is non-refundable.

The hotel has a guaranteed check-in time for individual guests starting at 14:00. Check-out time is 12:00

For pre–booking with the need for early check-in (before 14:00), a mandatory prepayment guarantee is required - a guaranteed reservation is made.
In case of pre–booking with the need for late check-in (after 18:00), a mandatory guarantee in the form of an advance payment is required - a guaranteed reservation is made.

Documents required for check-in at the hotel

To stay at the Hotel, the Guest provides an identity document in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including:

• a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
• a passport of a citizen of the USSR certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced by a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the prescribed period.;
• birth certificates - for a person under the age of 14;
• a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation;
• temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
• passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen;
• a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;
• temporary residence permits for stateless persons;
• residence permit for a stateless person.

The hotel staff is not allowed to accept a driver's license as an identity document until 01.01.2026, until Resolution No. 1668 of October 27, 2025 comes into force.

Documents must be presented by all guests staying in the room.

Documents for the settlement of minors:

To check into a hotel for minors under the age of 14, a parent, adoptive parent, guardian or other accompanying person must present an identity document, birth certificates of these minors, as well as written consent (in free form, not notarized) from the legal representatives (one of them) of the child for escort.

Minors who have reached the age of 14 can check into the hotel in the absence of their legal representatives on the basis of identification documents of these minors and the written consent (in free form, not notarized) of the legal representatives (one of them).

An extra bed is provided in individual room categories. 
The cost of an extra bed is 1300 rubles.00 kopecks. per day.
