AZIMUT Hotel Penza is one of the few hotels in the city where not only guests, but also their pets are welcome. We understand how important it is to be close to those who are truly dear to you, so we have created comfortable conditions for pets.
Who we accept
We accommodate pets weighing up to 15 kg. Please specify the possibility of accommodation in advance and specify the type, breed and weight of the pet in the booking so that we can prepare everything in advance.
What you need to take with you
- A veterinary certificate with up-to-date vaccinations (required).
- A carrier or mat, bowls for food and water, a tray.
- Leash, collar, muzzle (if required).
- Personal supplies for pet care.
Terms of placement
- An additional fee is 1,000 rubles per pet for each day of stay. (For two pets – 2,000 rubles per day, etc.)
- No deposit is required.
- Pets are accommodated only by prior agreement with the hotel.
Rules of accommodation
- The pet must be supervised in the room, lobby and on the premises.
- It is not allowed to use hotel textiles for pet care.
- Guests must ensure their own cleanliness and walking outside the hotel.
- In public areas, the animal must be on a leash and in a muzzle or in a carrier.
- Use a special Pet Friendly sign on the room door.
Responsibility and respect for space
In case of damage to the property or other guests, we reserve the right to submit an invoice for compensation. We also do not accommodate animals that are aggressive towards staff or other guests.
