Pet accommodation policy

Pets with a maximum weight of 5 kg are permitted;

A valid veterinary passport or health certificate with records of all required vaccinations must be provided at check-in. The documents must be valid for the entire duration of the stay;

Guests are required to bring their pet's carrier, leash, muzzle (for dogs), bowl, bed/mat and litter box (if necessary);

Pet-friendly accommodation is available in SMART Standard and SMART Superior room categories (located on floors 3 to 6).
Cost

An additional fee of 1,500 RUB per night applies for accommodation with a pet.

A refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of the final night's stay at the "Best daily rate" will be collected upon check-in.

Adherence to these rules will ensure a comfortable stay for you, your pet, and our other guests.

Identification sign: for your convenience and your pet's safety, please place the "Pet in room" sign on your door. This is our secret signal for hotel staff to proceed with extra care, knowing a special furry guest is inside.

Public areas: for the comfort and safety of all guests, including your pet, please ensure it is always accompanied in public areas. Pets must be on a leash, wearing a muzzle (for dogs) or in a carrier.

Guest responsibility: to ensure your pet's comfort, please do not leave it unattended in the room. Please note that the hotel management is not liable for pets left alone.

Restaurant visit: please be advised that animals are not permitted in the restaurant. However, we would be delighted to deliver your order directly to your room. Restaurant menu is available for delivery 24/7. This service is fast, convenient, and allows you to enjoy your meal in the company of your pet.
