Animals and birds are allowed to stay at the park hotel by prior arrangement. The maximum height of an animal allowed to stay at the AZIMUT Park Hotel Sol-Iletsk is no more than 35 cm at the withers.
What to bring:
- A current veterinary certificate with vaccination records (required).
- A mat or cage, food bowl, and litter box.
- A muzzle, collar, and leash.
Accommodation Fee:
Pet accommodation costs 1,000 rubles per stay.
Upon arrival, we will ask you to leave a deposit of 5,000 rubles so that we can repair your room if your pet damages anything. We will refund the full amount upon departure, unless this happens.
Pet Policy:
- During your stay, please use the special "Pet Friendly" sign on your room door.
- Do not leave pets unattended in your room, lobby, or on the hotel grounds.
- Please do not wash your pets in your room's bathtub or shower stall, or dry them on hotel towels, sheets, or linens.
- We appreciate it when you walk your pets outside the hotel grounds. This helps keep the grounds clean and beautiful for you and other guests.
- In public areas, your pet must be muzzled and on a leash or in a special carrier.
We hope these points won't affect you, but you should definitely be aware of them:
- We will ask you to pay for any damage to other guests or hotel staff, or any damage to hotel property caused by animals, should this occur.
- We will not be able to allow your pet to stay at the hotel if it behaves aggressively toward guests or staff.
How to reserve a pet:
In the booking comments, please indicate the type, weight, height, and breed of your pet so we can prepare for its arrival.
For your convenience, the hotel also offers free guarded parking.
