The Siberia Confectionery at the AZIMUT Hotel Novosibirsk has been delighting residents and visitors with its incredible taste and selection of cakes, pastries, and pies for over 20 years. It is one of the city's best and oldest confectioneries.
Here you'll find classic recipes with a new twist. Our cakes will enchant you with their exquisite and original flavor. The aroma of our pies will remind you of a carefree childhood.
All products are handmade using only natural ingredients. We use Italian glaze, Belgian chocolate, Altai flour, butter with at least 82.5% fat content, and cream with at least 33% fat content. We use only a specific, time-tested brand of butter and cream.
Our pies have been highly praised by many. You won't find such an incredible taste of dough and a generous amount of filling anywhere else. There's a pie for everyone: sweet, vegetable, or meat-filled. For many of our customers, the phrase "delicious cake" means nothing. associated with our bakery.
