The hotel accommodates animals and birds by agreement. Allowed for living in AZIMUT Hotel Ulyanovsk, the height of the animal is no more than 35 cm at the withers.
Pet Policy:
- during your stay, please use the special Pet Friendly sign on your room door;
- do not leave pets unattended in your room, lobby, or on the hotel grounds;
- please do not wash your pets in the bathtub or shower or dry them on towels, sheets, or hotel linens;
- we appreciate it when you walk your pets outside the hotel grounds. This ensures the grounds remain clean and beautiful for you and other guests;
- in public areas, pets must be muzzled and on a leash or in a special carrier.
What to bring:
- A current veterinary certificate with vaccination records (required!);
- a mat or cage, food bowl, and litter box;
- a muzzle, collar, and leash.
Accommodation fees:
Pet accommodation costs 700 rubles per stay.
Upon check-in, we will ask you to leave a 5,000 ruble deposit so we can repair your room if your pet damages anything. We will refund the deposit in full upon check-out, provided this does not occur.
We hope these points won't apply to you, but please be aware of them:
- We will ask you to pay for any damage to other guests or hotel staff, or any damage to hotel property caused by your pet.
- We will not allow your pet to stay at the hotel if it exhibits aggressive behavior toward guests or staff.
How to reserve a pet:
Please indicate the type, weight, height, and breed of your pet in the booking comments so we can prepare for its arrival.
