Payment and cancellation rules
- To guarantee a booking, an advance payment is required — 30% of the total cost.
- Free cancellation is allowed no later than 24 hours before the check‑in date.
- If cancellation is made after the specified deadline or if the guest does not check in, a penalty equal to the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged.
- If the stay is shortened, the cost will be recalculated according to the rate in effect at the hotel at the time of the stay.
- Additional paid services are charged separately according to the menu and price list.
