Travel with your pet: a comfortable stay for both of you!
After each departure of a guest with a pet, our hotel conducts a mandatory thorough cleaning and disinfection of the room. This is important not only to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, but also to eliminate potential allergens, odors, and traces of the pet's presence. All surfaces, including furniture, textiles, and floors, undergo a deep cleaning with special products that are safe for people and animals.
We care about the comfort of all our guests, so we pay special attention to the quality of room cleaning after a stay with pets. Your next visit will be as pleasant and comfortable as your first!
Animals accepted at hotels:

Dog breeds weighing up to 6 kg;

Cats and other small animals;

What to bring:

A current veterinary certificate with vaccination records (required!);

a mat or cage, a food dish, and a litter box;

a muzzle, collar, and leash.
Accommodation Rate:
Pets are allowed for 1,500 rubles per night. This fee is used for general cleaning and post-check-out treatment.
Upon arrival, we will ask you to leave a 5,000 ruble deposit so we can repair your room if your pet causes any damage. We will refund this deposit in full upon check-out if this does not happen.
Pet Policy:
We kindly ask you to adhere to our rules for staying with pets at the AZIMUT Park Hotel Volga Astrakhan:

During your stay, please place the "Pets Allowed" sign on your room door.

We greatly appreciate it when you feed our pets from their favorite bowls, which you bring with you.

We ask that you do not leave your pets unattended in your room, lobby, or on the hotel grounds.

Please do not wash your pets in the bathtub or shower in your room, or dry them with towels, sheets, or hotel linens. Please bring your own pet grooming supplies.

We appreciate it when you walk your pets outside the hotel grounds. This ensures the grounds are always clean and beautiful for you and other guests.

In public areas, pets must be muzzled and on a leash or in a designated carrier.
We hope these points won't apply to you, but it's important to be aware of them:

We will charge you additional fees for damage to other guests or hotel staff and hotel property should this occur.

We will not be able to allow your pet to stay at the hotel if it exhibits aggressive behavior toward guests or staff.
