  • convenience of entry and exit, ensuring quick placement of a car regardless of weather conditions.
  • optimal organization of space, allowing you to easily place a car or motorcycle.

How to use the underground parking lot:

  • when you check into the hotel, pay for the parking service at the reception;
  • the cost of parking is 550 RUB per day for a car and 200 RUB per day for a motorcycle;
  • to enter the underground parking lot, please contact the security officer via the intercom system at the gate.

From May 1 to August 31, 2025, the parking fee for cars is 600 rubles per day.

Parking rules:

  • parking is available to all our guests, but subject to availability;
  • parking spaces are not pre-booked;
  • the parking lot is (partially) under video surveillance. Camera recordings are provided only upon official request from law enforcement agencies.

The entrance to the parking lot is from the opposite side of the building's facade. A sign is placed at the entrance.

Access to the parking lot is controlled by employees of a specialized security company.
