These are hydrofoils that are used for passenger transportation in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

The Valdai can accommodate up to 45 passengers and can reach speeds of up to 65 km/h, while the Meteor can accommodate up to 120 people and can travel up to 700 km.

What you need to know about tours

Departure is from pier No. 8 on Nizhne-Volzhskaya embankment. Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure for the Valdai and 30 minutes before departure for the Meteor. Be sure to bring your passport and ticket with you.
